Inspired by Nature’s creatures and the Folklore of far-off places, Cindi creates fantasy sculpture with stoneware clay in the form of Elves, Dragons, Mermaids, Fairies,Tree Spirits and many more fanstastical creatures. Each is created with gestural and textural details that help to evoke a feeling or relationship with another character. Her current works are imagined while exploring the Celtic Mythlogy of England, Ireland and Scotland, as well as, Iceland and the Arctic Circle.
